Worona Publish Service
Worona Publish is a paid service to submit your app to the stores. Mobile apps are developed for iOS and Android operating systems.

Worona handles the building process and the app submission to the Apple App Store and Google Play. Once submitted, Apple and Google review all apps in an effort to determine whether they are reliable and free of offensive material. This is a process which duration may vary from days to several weeks. Some apps may be rejected if they do not meet Apple and Google guidelines.

The final decision depends exclusively on Google and Apple. Worona is not involved in their review and approval process, and disclaims any responsibility for any rejected app. Worona is only responsible for making the submission request as well as providing Apple and Google with the app content.

You will not be entitled to a refund if your app is rejected by Apple or Google. You are solely responsible for keeping your apps in accordance with the App Store Review Guidelines and the Google Play Guidelines. As you create your app content, make sure to use and review their guidelines and resources.
Third party plugins & themes
There is no guarantee that Worona's plugin will function with third party plugins and third party themes.

Refunds will be solely issued if an unsolvable error does not allow the plugin execution in the customer’s server. An error is considered unsolvable if it does not allow the plugin execution after the following conditions:

1. Your WordPress website is updated to the latest version.
2. All third party plugins and themes are deactivated.
3. You have given the Worona support team access to your WordPress in order to fix the error.

If these conditions are met and the plugin still fails to perform, you are entitled to a refund. Refunds will never exceed the original order value amount.

Refunds that do not meet the following conditions will not be authorized.

Worona is unable to offer a service uptime guarantee. Your access to and use of our Services may be interrupted as a result of malfunction, updating or maintenance of the platform or any other reason within or outside the control of Worona.
